I have given a 3 and that’s more for the sizing. The material is gorgeous and they are lovely dungarees. I’m a UK 8 but I got a 10 for a slightly larger fit. They are tight. It does say slim fit but I was really surprised by the sizing. Length wise they are perfect and I’m 5ft 3 161cm. I will keep them because they are lovely, I was just looking for a looser fit. If I’d gone up another size they would have been massive around the legs and bum. Size up people!
Shoes are good .. but I was charged twice because of a warehouse mistake still waiting for the other pair to turn up so I can send them back to get refund..

The dress and trousers that I bought are very good quality, you get what you pay for.The online returns process was very simple and customer friendly.
Ordered a baseball cap,only came in a bag,and got posted through the letter box and the cap was squashed and misshapen.
Rapid processing of orders. Delivered in paper not plastic, great quality gear.
The size was not accurately fit..I ordered a chinook bomber jacket and it shows that the model stands at 6'1 and wearing medium size and looks fine and i thought it was exactly the size that I wanted and I was thinking of but when I received it and try it I was upset..i stand at 5'8 and when its too tight and looks like a small size..I regret buying it and I give it to my son instead rather than returning it
Quality has really gone down in the last few years. I had to return everything.
Superdry are a really good brand. The T shirts are good but light quality compared to their more expensive T shirts
2 times received wrong size of ordered trousers. 1st time label on them were different then what i have order and what delivery note said.When i sent them back to be echhanged for different size again received other one. Fortunately was close enough to what i wanted so they are just slightly lose.
2 weeks later and I still don't have what I ordered, which has now missed the birthday date when I intended to give this as a gift. This suggests Superdry have not organised their online logistics providers well.
Very happy with my experience using Superdry. I used their fit finder tool to choose a size of jacket and when it arrived it was a perfect fit and a quality product at a good price too. It was nice to see that my products were sent in recyclable packaging too rather than plastic.
If you order more then one item they should be sent together not single that is why I gave you 3 stars
Ordered a coat about 11pm and it came the next day about 1pm. Coat was great, inside was made from sustainable material - what more can I ask?
